Terms of payment
The invoice will be sent by email to your organization. Payment should take place within 14 days.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation up to 5 working days prior to the training:
• Cancellation up to 5 working days prior to the training, 20% of the training cost will be charged.
• In agreement with VitalTalent, a colleague can replace the registered participant. No cancellation costs will be charged.
• If the participant follows the same training within one year, we will charge the training costs minus the previously invoiced cancellation fee of 20%.

Cancellation within 5 working days prior to the training:
• In case of cancellation within 5 working days prior to the training, the full invoice amount must be paid.
• The training cost cannot be settled with future registrations.
• In agreement with VitalTalent, a colleague can replace the registered participant.
