Live Online – Technical Preparations
Soon you will participate in a Live Online session. A solid preparation is of great importance to prevent technical problems and to make the session more effective. Follow our step-by-step plan to make your virtual session a success. The step-by-step plan consists of:

ACCESS TO THE PLATFORM
If you work from a corporate environment (VPN or in the cloud), this can lead to technical issues during the sessions. Always log in from your own (local) environment. This prevents problems.
We strongly recommend attending the sessions from Google Chrome. Download the latest version of Google Chrome using the button below. Mozilla Firefox is an alternative if Google Chrome is not an option.
DOWNLOAD GOOGLE CHROMEAre you already using Google Chrome (or Firefox)? Wonderful! Just make sure you have the latest version. Unfortunately, web browsers do not always update automatically. Click here to learn how to update Google Chrome and click here to learn how to update Mozilla Firefox.
TECHNICAL PREPARATIONS
NewRow is the platform we use to provide the Live Online training. Do a quick check to see if your system is ready for the Live Online sessions. Please note! Do this check in Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox (outside the corporate environment!).
START SYSTEM CHECKDon’t forget to comb your hair! We’ll be using our cameras. If we can see each other, this leads to better sessions with more impact. A headset or earphones with microphone are required to be clearly understood and not to create echoes for the rest of the participants.
For the smoothest experience, we recommend closing all other applications on your laptop or desktop.
