2. Fill in the pre-assignment Crucial Accountability Preparation Worksheet bring the document to class.
3. Fill in the “What Would You Do” self-assessment and bring the document to class: pdf version and online version (recommended)

In class all documents will stay in your possession, and will be treated with integrity.
