The one-day training Situational Leadership® is a very practical leadership course with skills that the manager can immediately apply. This leadership course finds its origin in the USA and is based on the work of the famous Dr. Paul Hersey. The model Situational Leadership® is the most widely used leadership model in the world. The strength of the model lies in the fact that an analysis is made of the Performance Readiness® level per employee per task. In other words: “To what extent is the employee already able to perform this task independently?”. In addition, commitment, motivation and self-confidence are also examined. Based on this analysis, one of the four leadership styles is applied: Telling, Selling, Participating or Delegating. In this way, the employee receives exactly what is needed. Leadership is therefore experienced as constructive and inspiring. As a result, employees will develop quickly.
