The Insights Discovery methodology uses a simple and practical four-color model to help people understand their style, their strengths and the value they bring to the team. We call this the color energies, and it is the unique blend of fiery red, sunshine yellow, earth green and cool blue energies that determine how and why people behave the way they do.

VitalTalent has trainers with the official license to work with Insights Discovery profiles. We have developed training courses based on this license, in which the individual profiles of the participants are central. These training sessions are ideal for giving teams a boost, an extreme form of team building. Because one gets to know oneself and the others better, there is more mutual understanding. Instead of being bothered by the differences, people gain insight into how valuable the mutual differences within a team are and how to use each other’s strengths.
